There's no bonus, no raise, no promotions.
Even with promos, one would be lucky to get 10% raise.
So what's the motivation to work here?

You work hard so those at the top can have good bonus, executive perks and then you can admire them from afar when they speak at forums and conferences on how hard they work.
Me too, no motivation to work here anymore... just waiting for the layoff and some severance.

nothing...I have been getting a 6 figure salary for years and doing nothing...
Nothing... just waiting for my turn to get laid off... it will come one day, sooner than later...
