I would gladly give away my bonus, in the unlikely case I actually get it, just to somehow find another job. I would gladly give up everything, just so I am not in this company anymore.
I also tried lowering my standards, but it’s so hard to find a decent job. I have been sending applications for four months now but cannot even get to the interview phase.
I wonder what is the percentage of those who fail to find an equivalent job within half a year?

I’ve been looking pretty seriously for 3 years but like stated above this industry as we know it is dead so I’m looking in other fields. Stress will k–l you and absolutely no respect for anyone here.
You must be doing something wrong. I had several offers before they laid me off. I went to work the next day.
Anything is better than that place! Truly a very sad story how the Executives have destroyed this company! Micromanagement and dishonesty! How these people sleep at night is beyond me!
I got certified for home inspections make more work less. Best of all honest days wage for honest days work. No longer feel like I work criminals stealing from customers. Find something different the industry is lost.
