We have someone on the front end who tested positive for covid. A person she lives with in our department was told to quarantine. The front end person sent a text to me saying get tested because that person I live with is in your department tested positive. That person in our department called our boss and said hey I tested positive. I ask my boss about that and said yes a person is positive in your department don't worry though im not reporting it to the store manager or corporate. He said I can't afford to lose anyone else in the department I'm not reporting it. No one is getting a vacation on my watch. What an egotistical jerk. Only cares about his department and not about others?

You need to have close contact for an extended period of time before they will tell you to quarantene. If you have a fever get tested, otherwise just keep working.

They need to fire him that is ridiculous. Does anyone know how they determine who quarantines? Store cameras? Who makes the decisions and how?
