I'm at a point where I'd volunteer for a layoff if it was offered. I'm that done with this place.

The moment will pass. Just get back to work. The reward for work well done is more work. Oh by the way, that's how they make you work harder: by dangling a raise and promotion and then use the same sorry excuse of not enough profits.
