Anyone have any idea what operations Emerson is planning to move to this brand new, huge plant they are building in Saltillo, MX?

Compressors and hermetic motors
I work in the Automation Solutions group and I found out today that two CNC machines and some component machine work will be leaving us for Saltillo.
See today’s article in Plastics Today. https://www.plasticstoday.com/some-oems-decide-desert-manufacturing-usa
Time to leave Emerson or get ready to slip across the border in the future for work (their words). Emerson has never figured out a strategy of how to manufacture in high cost countries, despite E+H and other competitors doing so successfully even in Switzerland which is one of the highest cost countries. Maybe it’s time for an infusion of new blood into Emerson management and get rid of all the old cronies.
You need to phase this move correctly or in an acceptably ‘woke’ manner. Emerson is not led by Americans today and this plant’s location is a ‘best cost’ location. Bye bye American jobs and quality!
I tried to find it on Google Earth, and only found what looks like a 'mailbox' office co-located in a bank lobby. There is a lot of construction in the city, which seems to be on the absolute edge of a wasteland.
* WE GO TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH FOR OUR EMPLOYEES. *
(So we can pay them 15% of what we pay Americans)
The VP of operations of Automation Solutions is very excited about this plant. They hope to have it open June-July of this year. I bet there will many American jobs leaving. Emerson has benefited from the American tax payers and then rewards them by slashing jobs.
I'm sure it is fod the products currently being made in the US. Emerson doesn't like to manufacture anythjng here.
Emerson is posting a Facilities and Maintenance Manager position for this site!!!
