I have applied to many places but chances are that I will stay here until the next round of layoffs. Simply put, the market is very bad.
I could have gotten a new job, but it was a much worse option than what I have now. I thought about accepting that worse option because it is a more stable and promising company, but in the end I decided to suffer a little longer here. Maybe I should have accepted?

Might as well hold off for that possible severance in the coming months....
