What is the PDR score system?

My manager doesn't explain anything to us. What is the PDR number rating out of?

The PDR system is total BS like everything else in this pathetic company. They expect you to jump through hoops to then get a below inflation pay rise... even if you get a great score

Wouldn’t matter what rating you get - this company is pathetic. Billions in profits during the most miserable year in decades - and all they can cough up is a paltry 1% increase for most workers. Not even aligned with inflation - so in essence a pay cut. And for most lower ranked employees - like myself - no bonus or other incentives. Meantime the big chiefs running this gargantuan ship of fools talk about “smiles”. It’s no joke and I ain’t laughing.

The difference between a 4 rating and a 3 rating was .4% raise. PDR is a joke. Everyone works their butt off. The raises are pathetic, under that of other companies, and below cost of living.
I grab every dollar I can for Pepsi. We saw double digit increases in revenue and MC in most divisions, but you will not be rewarded. Moving jobs and promotions offer little in the way for wage growth.

Reviews are always rated on the bell curve. Not everyone can be a 5. Most fall into the 2 or 3 range. When the mgr gives a 5, it's usually balanced with a 1 (or low 2). Layoffs can occur to folks at any score level. Hell I know ladies who scored 4s and 5s yearly who were laid off. They are crazy intelligent (ran circles around me) but if you are on the block for whatever reason it doesn't matter. Yes the cliques do exist and yes they matter. I know people hate to admit it but your high school lunch room still exits, 30 years later. Good Luck to all of you. Their is a life outside of PepsiCo. Its rather a good one as well.........

I/C scores and Team scores are only for bonus eligible employees regardless of level.

Where can I see the individual contribution score and 2020 overall team score online? I can only find the performance rating. Also what's those score numbers out of?

The PDR rating is 3 parts
Performance rating which is 1-5
Individual Contribution score
2020 overall team score
Everything is based off of these numbers for you.
