I know they won't happen this year, but I'm curious about how long some of us have been with the company without a raise? I started in 2018. Despite positive reviews no raise of even a penny yet. In 2019 I was told I hadn't been there long enough and then in 2020 covid happened.

Wow, so, if I’m eligible, that extra $5/week may orbit me into another tax bracket.
We were told by our store manager that reviews woukd not happen this year, but all eligible employees would be getting a 2% raise effective in April.
I worked at a small Belk for almost 10 years. I was hired at $7.50hr. By the time I left, I was making $9.50. I did sales/cashier's for 8 yrs. and ultimately ended up on the dock. NO raises, NO promotions. I actually remember getting 3CENTS.
I'm relishing the demise of the 'management'.

I started in 2015 and have only got a 31 cent raise
