Everyone reading this. It is time to start APPLYING to other jobs. You have all seen the warning the signs in the past months, and still chose to stick around. Trust me. There are jobs out there that will pay you more than $11 an hour. And treat you a whole lot better. I left in October to work in a factory. Getting paid $17.50 with actual future raises. And I promise you not it’s not bad.
