$1550/month for me, but cancelled it after one month and opted for Healthcare.gov (YUCK!) just to get the tax credits since I'm making close to nothing now. 17 years with NCR and now this... Corporate America is going to k–l this country

mine was about 1100 per month w/o vision. lasts for 18 months. my issues was it ended, they did not notify / remind me and billed for month 19. I had to request a refund.

Cobra is separate I don’t think the company has anything to do with it. But it is very expensive
