It is curious on they report they're "flush with cash". What you don't see is the reserve funding earmarked for heritage employee (Hughes, General Dynamic, etc. heritage) pension programs that they may be counting as reserve funds to make the books look good.

What is really bothersome is Hayes is looking at future acquisitions, and yet large reductions in the work force.

There seem to be some contridicting ideas here with money references. What a bunch of game playing t–ds.
