Don’t bash college educated, I have two degrees and work craft. There’s nothing wrong with having an education, it’s common sense and decency that is lacking in those people!
I have the opportunity to transfer to the Charlotte roadway shop from another location on NS. Is the roadway shop a safe bet on not getting shutdown?

I don't know about this buti will say this, since NS did not meet the .60, they must get creative on how to obtain it. My guess is, is anything that is considered program or maintenance type work will see layoffs. NS has just about exhausted all other avenues and it still hasn't met the ratio.
