FYI - corp factor was 0.75 for the 2016 performance year (and 0.80 for the year before that). We lost more money in 2020 than 2016. And we actually made money in 2015.
- 85 or bust. I got bills to pay.
- 0. level 1 source
- A.G. is CIP of 0.4
MW will email the factor this week. Gone are the days of grand corporate town halls where the CEO grins from ear-to-ear while announcing the CIP corporate factor to applause and fanfare. J-Dub loved to be Gru in front of all his minions. MW does things differently, more matter-of-fact.
No CIP for 2020 performance year. Profit and revenues missed, as well as key metrics.
That is pretty good...
It is 0.85, just watch...Chevstonk
cip is for having the patience of a saint to stay for the year , get layoff and then collect it
unless you are somehow an insider at Chevron, how the heck do you know that you troll .85 indeed lol
Your CIP is zero. Period.
CIP's are only being applied to employees with brass balls. There are very few left.
The corporate factor hasn’t been released yet. Townhall is not until next week.
wonder if those let go will get any cip as promised
If true that’s GREAT ... all things considered.
CIP is 0.85.
