I consistently notice less than 50 cars total when observing all 3 bldg 111 parking lots. “Covid-19” might explain until you notice the high percentage of people that are offline all day.

Building 111 is one of the largest building of employees most of which are not allowed to be in the office. I interact with a number of the employees daily so you need to explain which department of folks are offline.
