Does anyone here have experience with job elimination and pay reduction. Dms were given the opportunity to keep pay the same. However, CSMs were not. Also, does anyone know if there will be a pay increase for all associates?

CSM's all being eliminated with the expansion to self checkouts. Covid has escalated this move faster than expected. DM's Coaches are being paid either the same or with New to roll managers are given slightly higher pay with no bad habits that walmart has seen with the tenured managers.
