Do we have any chance to have our 401k restored?
That was my main motivation to stick with this company, but now I M starting to feel hopeless

Are you lozersz still getting a 401k???
The 401k is fully funded and fine. Not sure what you’re talking about. How you invest your funds is not the companies problem but your own. You decide how it’s invested.
Are you referring to 401k that was invested in CHK stock? Could have moved it out long ago and chose other investments to avoid losing big $, although they didn't make it real clear.
Your not the only one... but No chance of it coming back. Its gone.....
