I have worked with many great colleagues in EMIT Canada over the years. From what I’ve seen, a bunch of them have been let go as part of their program, while several really terrible people in both management and non-management positions somehow missed the chopping block. What a failed culture they have up there.

I too have worked with many fine EMIT people from Calgary to Moncton over the years.
IOL and the XOM direct entity have been chopping away at EMIT Canada for the past 5 or so.
Off to Bengalaru for month-long training stints, then back to CA for the short-term.
Well - it is 'XOM' and it is EMIT.
Always the sad clown.
