I really don't care for this "one week of schedules" released at a time. Sure makes it tough to plan, have a life, etc. We would genuinely appreciate it if M could go back to rolling oit 2 weeks at a time.

If you've been around for a few years, you know this one week at a time release is TEMPORARY. We will go back to 2 weeks at at time in APRIL. Come on, now....
Did a bunch of trolls find this page? What's with the overly aggressive comments?? We work hard for this company there's nothing wrong with asking for a little respect
This is America ,freedom of speech is our right !

1: You have a job!
2: Plan to do WHAT? (We’re still dealing with a pandemic)

The idea of keeping any seasonals is a complete disappointment this year ! We can’t keep the ear buds out of their ears or the phones out of their clutches at all !They are watching movies and Netflix on the clock all day !!! They don’t give a rats a– about working a job ... let alone Macy’s ! This is FACT 😔
Yes, I'm a MBA and we are adding jobs back to our store this month. No layoffs. Probably about 15 jobs, mostly PT but some FT too. Even adding back our higher paid IA Ambassador job that was cut last summer. Many other stores in our division doing the same.
One week only cause that is your last week.
There was a brief glitch last week where they uploaded the two weeks I even picked up a shift and then it went away and uploaded this week so it seems they could go back to uploading two a week if they wanted to
Place seasonals into new jobs? That’s frankly a joke considering how many people they laid off and now they are offering seasonals jobs SMH. And what about the union stores who said they would get the laid off people call backs? It’s all BS, why do they take union dues? Instead they let Macy’s hire seasonal people.
You must not work on the support team! You’re lucky you get a week in advance we get ours Friday.. for that upcoming Sunday.
and look how sears turned out
Again, just temporary until March. It's always this way during Spring as we make staffing moves and place seasonals into new jobs.
Sears has been doing it for years and yes it's a pain. No respect for employees whatsoever.
