So unfair to receivers always pointing out what you are doing wrong when the majority of the part-timers are lazy and are doing nothing . The majority of them stay on their cell phones all day they come to work looking like they just rolled out of bed they come and go as they please and nothing nothing is ever say it enough . And then they have the nerve to pick on me OPS needs to go they’ve been there for umpteen years old blood .

And yes I’m worried about what others are doing for getting paid for standing around with their fat butts . I hope every last one of them closes so you can’t see how hard it is to find a decent job with decent pay .
Easiest position in the store my butt you have a receiver that’s doing everything don’t you don’t work at my store and I see part timers standing around getting paid for nothing yes it’s my business . And if it’s so easy why is it when they try to lift something they can’t and not one of them wants to be in receiving so don’t tell me company is full of id–ts . And as far as find another job find one for me you really think there’s a bunch of jobs out there making the money I make hell no id–ts !!!!
I feel like the part timers are an unnecessary scapegoat when there is much bigger underlying issues in your store that you should actually address.
Hey @OP+191VfTI1. I truly take offense to your post. Not all part-time associates are lazy. Being lazy and unproductive is an individual thing. I suggest you take the Unconscious Bias Awareness course again.
Not all OPS are that way but I understand the feeling. SMs are that way too. OPs know they are in the chopping block and were given a pay cut with more work. It’s a touch and go scenario for everyone but part timers.
You Should be glad you have still have a job. Lot of former BBB people would like to be where you are. Stop worrying what others are doing and do your job.
Oh it’s real hard now being a receiver. Almost everything is assumed receipt, you don’t have to price anything and most of the products come in eas tagged. So stop complaining and blaming everyone else because you are unhappy.
Hey Store 51 complainer..just get another job and a better attitude. There are many jobs out there and as posted before many are remote. I AM SO tired of people whining and whining on here. Ops in store 51 is very dishonest to all of us. We have never seen a person so busy and does absolutely nothing. She will stab you in the back every time she gets the opportunity, she is not a team player, not a leader and s—s the life out of this store! I really don’t know how much more I can take, I have a family to care for so it s—s to be me and she knows this, shame on her as a person and coworker.

What others are doing wrong has nothing to do with what you're doing wrong. Being resentful of part-timers and how you feel the need to broadcast the unfairness of the world says a lot more about you than it does about them.
