It was a toxic cesspool when I was there about two years ago. And don't even get me started on the management, I don't think it was possible to get a more useless group if they'd tried. I'm hoping for the sake of those who are still stuck there things have changed for the better.

I think it can all depend on what group you are in, who your leadership is and how they lead, and of course your direct lead or manager.
Puh-lease. Toxic is by design. How do you figure they start with 10,000 people at level 11 and end up with 1 managing director at level 1 ?
