When people hear where I work, they think I have a lot of benefits, and the reality is completely different. I understand that the company is trying to present itself to the public in the best possible way, so they are very generous, for example, when it comes to social responsibility. And I don't have a problem with that, but then shouldn’t they also start investing just as much in their employees? Because social responsibility starts with us.

What do you mean "freezing pensions on older employees in 2025"? Does that mean pensions will stop or that there is a cut off on the number of years they will pay you a pension for?
I thought it was Global Business Solutions as it includes HR, Finance and Legal and not just IT. But I could be mistaken.
I think it means global business systems
Hah - anyone care to explain what GBS represents?
Yea, this company is all over social media about values, respect and integrity. It is completely different internally. When have you ever seen a senior executive stand up for values and correct the wrong doings that are so obvious? Where are the responses to accusations of age discrimination? Where is the criteria they used to select employees for termination? Where is the process for reviewing performance reviews to select the best candidate for promos? No where to be found and validates that this company runs on the buddy system and is completely bias with employee relations. Are these the markings of a great company?
Yeah PepsiCo is REAL responsible to its employees. Take for example freezing pensions on older employees in 2025. I guess Executive Leadership need more money for their Luxury cars, third homes and yachts. Vultures.
