A week of layoffs just finished. Are more planned soon or is the storm past?

Am a mid-level Leader and I lost my job too with Medtronic; most likely will replace my position with women.

Layoff yesterday, I heard that.. big one 🕐🕜
Look at the last page of the Medtronic Integrated Report (google that phrase to find it) and you'll see the demographic changes. Black or African American employment seems to be down 22% since 2018 (600 employees). That's probably causing a full-panic mode for the Woke executives.
White employment is also down by thousands (and probably most of the "Unspecified" are white, too) — maybe something like 6000.
There was a major LayOff today..as usual 2 weeks/year severances+ 2020/21 MIP.

Medtronic's not a place for talented White or Asian men. Alll opportunities are open only for Women (mostly white) and few mexican + black (if they get lucky).
As a former Sr leader in MDT I can attest to the behavior of discouragement in recruitingwn for leadership position. Former CEO Omar went on B–ch hiring binge.. henceany talented men have left/let-go including me.

micro design... whatever that means. trying to operate or compete with a startup will mean big layoffs
