Thread regarding Macy's Inc. layoffs

Here's an idea

How about Macy's gives a survey to employees where they ask if they thought about quitting in the last year. If the answer is yes, they need to ask how many of those have been actively looking for a new job. In my store that would be everybody. I think the numbers they'd receive could be a wakeup call for the ELT.

Some of us took pay cuts and are still held to the do more with less BS. I am so over hearing that line.

Everyone is working 15x harder since the shutdown, no matter what business you’re in. A lot of changes to approach of business, but most of us are working for same pay. My best guess? Not many employers have given raises since year ending 2018, which would be effective early 2019. And, not many employees are expecting th either? Grateful to be be employed .

Well what job do you every have where you work 15x harder for same pay ? Any other job you would advance or get paid more money. Not Macy’s. ! You work to death to keep a dying job
