What has Lowe’s done? Cut full time employees mass hired part time and force the full time to flexible hours for full timers to walk out the door. Scheduling is a joke for full time employees. It’s sad these days the hire good workers but then the good ones always leave due in major part of the scheduling the other part they witness to many new people kiss major butt and think they will become managers or something. They get used and don’t even see it! It’s quite comical the things people will do for a dollar in these desperate times.
