Some things are out of our control, but for some we are to blame. So, for next year, I decided to make a lot of changes to the way I work. There is no chance that I will give my best and turn my life into a nightmare, because I have seen that those who do not give one hundred percent of themselves do much better in this company. Also, I am tired of stress and taking responsibility for almost everything, I will definitely try to act wiser. Change yourself and you will change everything around you, right?

To be fair anyone in management is so busy running around doing ridiculous things they don’t have time to observe and make good decisions on staffing. They just have their own perception and make assumptions. Don’t take it personal. The best thing is to calculate the value of your job and remember it’s far easier to find a new job when you are currently employed.
@5bxq+18ybKqRg Milk the clock or quit that’s how you make the department look good
I need tips on how to make my dept look good without doing work.
I started already by getting interviews at more compliant companies. I see massless customers I go fetch carts. I see any customer I go the other way. This new strain is 70% more contagious!
You go girl!
Winner!! You’ve found the secret. It seems that lowe’s rewards those that don’t work and gives more work to those that do work. The theory may be that if you can fumble around all day doing nothing and your department looks good, You MUST be a leader. The person doing all the work is apparently seen as merely a worker and will never be management material.
That's what I have been doing for the last six months. I don't look for the mean maskless customers if they need help , find me if you can. I'll be in the receiving office. Looking busy 🤫
OP assuming he/she will have a job next year. LOL
Some people STILL don't get it.
