Agency recruiting is going through a band change going from bonus eligible sales bands to no bonus bands. The company is using this to cut pay and save money! I haven't heard of a single person that is ending up better or even the same than what they were at.
They sell it as a good deal "your base is going up", sure but we are losing bonus, most aren't even midpoint of their new band.

The only "growth" in "Transformative Growth" are the wallets of Tommy Wilson, Glenn Shapiro, and fat cat shareholders who probably can't spell Allstate let alone even know how or what the company does.
