Agency recruiting is going through a band change going from bonus eligible sales bands to no bonus bands. The company is using this to cut pay and save money! I haven't heard of a single person that is ending up better or even the same than what they were at.
They sell it as a good deal "your base is going up", sure but we are losing bonus, most aren't even midpoint of their new band.
