Give the person a break , they may be new and learning .
darling, if you work in luxury retail and haven’t heard of Tod’s you don’t know your job. That’s like selling luxury cars and saying you’ve never heard of Lexus.
I never heard of them either... doesnt mean they in trouble... he just has to learn what hes selling
