Has anyone heard if the digital ASM to coaches

They are keeping the speciality ASM roles exactly that...speciality. Keeps them from paying the higher bonus structure that they pay coaches. The ASM, ACCM APASM and OGP are expendable.
I’ve heard that they will and heard that they won’t. Also, the company had ECommerce Coaches in place as a test and now they no longer exist. I think in the future they may depending on the size of the team and the services the Digital workgroup supports.
