We did our PDR’s but we’re told if you need feedback to contact manager. Is this bizarre? No individual feedback, nothing.

They will not do any reviews until headcuts are finished.
I always had a one on one with the manager to go over the objectives. The fact they are not doing this with your departments signals danger ahead.
That would be new. When they let me go they were still pestering the snot out of me to do the pdr up until the last moment. That and take all the stupid ethics and diversity training that was no longer relevant to me at all. Yeah bozo I'm going to help you check the boxes on your task list after you let me go. Nope, go tuck yourself.
They don’t even have to write any comments until 1/8. If your salary you don’t get a raise in your check until March so why would they do it now
