Like any Corp directive, it will be implemented to varying or no degree by local SM.
Our store has done nothing since beginning, didn’t even pretend to count or have sanitizing stations at entrance. So many stores , even discount stores still actually have a person at entrance greeting, counting, offering masks while another employee is sanitizing carts and baskets.
I went to Lowe’s on Black Friday in state with new ‘supposed’ mandatory strict restrictions and Lowe’s still not counting or enforcing masks. They were supposed to have mgmt type posted at entrance. All they had was table outside entrance with box of masks. And of course inside employees wearing them chin strap style or not at all.
Marvin is an id–t! He ought to be canned for the negligence in the stores over the pandemic. The reason they are now taking temperature is so they don't have to pay for you being out for having covid-19. If you have a fever they send you to get tested. If you test negative and still have a fever you have to return to work. Keep in mind the rapid test are only 50 percent accurate. If you test positive they have you come go home no pay call you back in 3 to 4 days. If your temperature is back to normal you have to return to work. This company should be shutdown for the negligence and the top guys put in jail and fired.
HD gave all their hourly employees a permanent $1/hr raise, and they all received up to 160 hrs paid for not taking the COVID leave...we get fever checked....lololol
Lowe’s is a great corporate company. The greed runs strong with Lowe’s.
Suggestion do not allow entry to any store unless a mask is worn and worn properly. Oh scratch that I
forgot we are to never upset our wonderful customers. If you walk in a target store with no mask you are politely informed you will not receive service without a mask. Take heed Marvin Lowes employees are humans too with families too.

Yup. If you so much as have a runny nose or sore throat, they send you to have a covid test (free of charge) and pay you while you wait for the results.
