BOPIS/curbside will drive the next few days if wanted by XMAS. Hang in there! And, I understand those that place order and assume if it’s available, they’re in line for pickup🙄. Four more days. Hold your breath and count to 10!
The post by English Muffin is another example of why I think most people on this board are probably under 21. If BBBY is to fail a contributing factor is the self entitled employees who constantly whine and say how hard they work. Go ahead 19 year old with a HS diploma and 6 months of cashiering experience..go ahead and replace MT. You can do it! After all you work harder then anyone else!

I really love it when the customer shows up to the store for pickup soon after placing a BOPIS order that has yet to be processed because you're so backed up. 🙄😤 Here you are looking for said order until you decide to research Pending/Approved orders only to find out the items haven't been pulled yet. So then you ask the customer if they received an email stating that the order was ready and the resounding answer is always YES. Liars. BOPIS, curbside and SDD's s—!
My store is so disorganized about them too and then management has the nerve to get upset. They're the id–ts delegating the slowest people or cashiers or new hires to pull the items. Why?? The floor associates are the ones who know where everything is. And you need people who are fast and that will move to pick items if you're going to run a Free SDD as well as a 20% off entire curbside or store pickup order promotion. Not folks in their 60s and 70s and not new hires! Craziness. How do they think we get so backed up?! Also, they'll have 4-5 people (including themselves) pull items all at once and then build after everything is pulled. It's ridiculous and also a reason things get so backed up. People need to be responsible for their own batches and complete the builds. But management knows everything. I didn't help at all the last time I worked. I just stayed out of the way and worked freight and the floor and watched all the chaos unfold. Dept Sup was in a pissy mood and annoyed because of all the backup. 🤷🤦 Well... they have a ridiculous system in place. Of course it's going to NOT work.

Nobody's saying there bad at CS or doing poorly at Curbside. Its just being overwhelming.
I just love when the customer calls and says “I just placed and order online for curbside, may I get that now!” With no regard that maybe there’s many orders ahead of them and they aren’t the only one that wants their order NOW!
Ventura CA BB&B did an outstanding job. Great customer service at curbside pick up.
Past 2 days horrible! Can't wait to see what happens till Christmas 😟😟
