Anyone know how much money you lose stepping down and if you sacrifice your bonus if you step down before it pays out or do you get the portion you've earned?

I asked to step down, was fired !
Step down on February 1, have to still be salary on 01-31-21 to get the bonus.
If you step down to an A/B associate, you would make $18. If you step down to a Cake Decorator, Deli, Bakery or Auto Tech, you would make $21. If you step down to TL, you would take a 10% pay cut from your current salary. Must be in position on 1/31/2020 to qualify for MIP.
Bonus is pro-rated based on time in salaried role. Pay grade A would probably be around $18/hr.
