i just called them and now that service they provided as a service in the package is also terminated?

I thought ED Assist was a whole different subject.
It went to GBS so they’re in training.
With COVID a number of things they offered cannot be used. They also stripped people of their benefits when it is most critical. All signs of a great company !!
