lol you people need to leave immediately. First they lay you off, then post the same jobs a month later with a significantly lower salary, what a joke from Mr. Rogers up top. Other companies will scoop you up quickly, you're already trained.

So last year working from home hoooooraayyyy sounded like a blessing- employees we're happy, felt safe!!! - Allstate then uses COVID and working from home as an excuse to cut real estate expenses & employees because they realize working from home could work (Pre meditated plan) "downsizing" "transformative growth" then eliminates positions - tells us to cut expenses so we believe it but then ends up spending 4billion for national generals book of business. They will stop at nothing. OH and then they offer you some c-ap Esurance positions like they are doing you a favor meanwhile its less of an expense to them because you already have the equipment and the training/hiring process is easier. Then you try that job out and you begin to realize you are miserable! Don't fall for the trap of Allstate. THE ALLSTATE SHIP IS SINKING. GET ON THE LIFE BOAT WHILE YOU CAN!

I agree with you 100000000 %. They want everybody making over 80 K to leave and they will make these jobs miserable to get to that goal. Then they can rehire everybody at 15 bucks an hour
