The people they are cutting at this point added more value than the cost of their paycheck. Don’t act surprised when the OR doesn’t drop. Sometimes you have to do things other than solely cutting people to be efficient. Moral is at historical lows. I won’t be working any harder. Why should I? I know for a fact it doesn’t change anything. People dedicating their lives to something just to be stabbed in the back by people who haven’t been with the company for even a year and most likely won’t be with the company next year. More to running a business than scorecards, discipline, threats, harassment and layoffs. Hunter’s dead Jim. You don’t have to be scared anymore. Sack up and stop ruining lives.

To damn many. I think we need cuts but there cutting the wrong people. They need to cut those slack a'es in management. Start with Squires and Sandborn. Everybody who got laid off needs to show up at there personal residences on christmas day. Fkem all!
