Students may continue to enroll because it's a fast and easy degree. But why are workers staying at University of Phoenix? For people in enrollment, is the pay too good? It certainly isn't for the dwindling instructional staff who make $10 an hour trying to educated people who have problems in reading, writing, or thinking clearly. So why are YOU staying, working at a school that is the butt of jokes?

Money. Most instructors are living paycheck to paycheck, juggling multiple adjunct jobs just to keep a roof over their heads.
