Why are we not making our top union officials feel the same pain we feel, they need to get off their a– or get out of the way.
It’s time to go after management, and I don’t mean the company. Let’s ruin their lives like they have no problem ruining ours.
There is no way in hell I would work those 5 days and if I did I would make it worth it.

1 carman, 1 electrician, and 1 laborer in Knoxville. Received more cars to inspect this month, and can barely stretch bodies out to cover shifts with the few we have yet still cut?

Not sure of exact numbers or what crafts but there were layoffs this morning in Chattanooga. They've been cutting into the meat but now they're cutting into the heart. Sad
I don’t want to see anyone lose their jobs this close to Christmas. That said, this is exactly the kind of message the company wants to send to employees doing their best for the company with what they have.
