LC is becoming a legend and fixing the company but it will take a lot of growing pains to do so. Mainly restructuring manufacturing facilities that waist more than produce. Like the co workers I work with in 273 this consolidation agreement took all the top skill out of one particular part of production. It basically eliminated the quality I do see many more layoffs here within the next 4 months.

The lean purge will lean out jobs in Schenectady forever. GE will use any Democrat rules or laws to use an excuse to layoff more out of Schenectady’s Power. Those jobs will not return! Demand is on the downward spiral for the out dated products. Yes LC is turning things around but the company has more than a couple years of turn around. A lot More job loss and restructuring to come first. Free up cash is LC game for the next 2 years. Our union and management says we have 2 years of work booked out. I’ve herd all that before I got laid off.

GE supported Obama so that it could relieve themselves from their health coverage responsibilities once Obamacare was enacted. Now with Biden coming in, it'll relieve themselves of the unwanted employment responsibilities they have with many employees they don't want anymore and push them into another government program. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll all be told "Sorry I wish there was something I could do". Brace yourself, winter is coming!

He will come by his 80 million salary honestly at least. I like LC I think he will bring back the company just hope i am not let go as part of the lean purge. What we have to worry now is progressive movement in our country that will shift people from jobs to social programs.
