Division Teams

So anyone hear what is happening with Division teams? Down to a DVP and DVM. Rumor is Ops/Ap coming back? Sounds crazy considering all tie cuts.

Just what we need, another level of management to tell the store managers what to do. The only good thing about the holiday season is that the ridiculous number of video calls that store teams are required to endure are cut way back. Sounds like another level of middle managers who's only job will be to tell us how to live without an AP team or how to manage our single detective. How about actually putting AP team members into stores where they are needed and letting them actually apprehend shoplifters.

Division teams? Wow, that's a pretty impressive sounding title for a group of three people stretched thin across so many stores and states. A single district team from five years ago was made of more executives than currently comprise ALL of the divisional executives in an entire region. Who are we going to cut from Divisional teams? Perhaps we can eliminate KBS and Bluechip and the DVP's can manage the cleaning service people. Why not, we are already doing the unrealistic work of what used to be teams of up to 20 people with just three today.

What do the store managers do now? Must be tough for those who relied on a full team to cover for them.
