LOL. The only problem is this was a frivolous lawsuit. It was summarily dismissed by the judge and the plaintiffs were barred from bringing any future or related suits.
This scenario should be used as an example in the code of conduct.

All I can say is Salesforce, Deloitte, Google and several of the contracts and system integrations are corrupt and deceitful. Controlled narratives and media and marketing are too. Way of the insurance world. Big Insurance, Big Tech, Big shame amd exploitation
