FLNA cut Zone Sales Leaders, replaced them with territory managers who make less who do the same job. They kept the same number of ZBM’s. Not sure how this revolutionizes the field other than to reduce payroll and get rid of people who actually earned their way to that level. Understand the message that you can train here, but you better get out at 40ish unless you want to get a major shaft. Less Zone positions, less RVP positions... much less opportunity for new leaders.

Ruthless company. Despite their enormous profits- they cut staff just before the holidays during a global pandemic with high unemployment. I don’t believe a word out of the mouths of upper management any longer - it’s all smoke and mirrors. They smile while ruining the lives of countless families.
Like who? Have you heard of districts being combined and eliminating some dsl?
And also a large portion of people I thought were not going to get whacked were whacked.
