Can I volunteer to be laid off?

GR is transitioning to manufacture site only. L3H is looking to rely on outsourcing/consulting....bus development, loaner/exc/tech support/order administration/engineering.
The day you quit will turn out to be one of your best decisions you made in your career.
Life is much better outside of that hell hole.
I just resigned. I could not do this anymore, watching the company lie daily to customers about where their orders were and taking new purchase orders knowing that they could never ship them when the request date came around. You've got Executive Team members in Operations who want everyone to march to a drum beat that is a complete sham. The VP and Director level employees smile and nod because they have no clue. They show up hours late into the day, leave early and just expect someone else to take the responsibility (and ultimately, the blame) for anything and everything. Grand Rapids is especially living this lie right now. I won't be a liar for a paycheck.
Volunteer to quit before the mandatory vaccines come. 99.98 survival rate...we are all looking to quit you are not alone
This is a serious question, by the way.
