MT and B Gates are fraternity brothers. They are plotting to implant micro chips in every customer and employee to control their thoughts and actions. Keep it down low.

Would be interesting to know who all is married or connected to whom in the decision making and money making circle in Bloomington and hubs

Am sure AFNI, SF, Country, NTT, TEK systems and now retired folks at Accenture and CISCO, Taylor Corp/PII & other “university” types are pushing all this and connected for data grabs.

Small circle. Money hands around between lovers, married employees past and present and leadership

Trolls like to hide it all. It’s nepotistic millions tossed between families and pals. Now chasing the Geicos and Progressives, Allstate’s etc. They, by the way, have days and process issues too deposited their mobile scalable systems. Sounds all cool and high class tech but people I leadership are not that smart.

Nepotism leads Farm decisions. Follow the $$$. Follow the data stores and whose involved.

You would be surprised. Or not!! It’s a copy cat world. Silicone valley buds

Big announcement coming in April I feel it! Don’t know what but not related to COVID-19. It could be a contest, whoever gets theirlayoff.com post mentioned during an executive meeting gets a six pack delivered to their home. That’s what I’m talking about!

Hard to live with what "they know" and refuse to communicate. It's the game they play with their kids/minions.

Yes, everyone in a LOC will WFH until their work is absorbed in Hubs. Timeframe for work stream migration has not been established/communicated.

Looks like Austin, TX will be WFH even after Covid-19. I'd have to guess all the other locations that had the same fate are subject to the same treatment. Safe guess, no?

In 2021, the company leadership will continue with their “throw it at the wall and see what sticks” approach that they have been using for several years now. They are getting desperate because we have continued to lose market share virtually every single year since they have implemented this new model. No one wants to admit that EOM just doesn’t work. When we adopted this six Sigma type model back in 2012, it was already an outdated business fad that was beginning to fail… Take a look at General electric for example.

Bigger question is companies are moving away from the brick and mortar. Why do people need to go to the office?

Staff - Why do you need so many people to manage?

2qan I agree. People already complain that they are allergic to latex and cleaning products, so we all have to do things to accommodate a few loud weirdos who demand there never be anything made of latex around, or that cleaning products never be used or sprayed in their presence. I can't imagine bringing dogs to work will go over well when there are so many insufferable personalities. I'd rather continue to work at home with my dogs. My dogs don't want to go in to the office, and neither do I.

More Covid hours off and bring your dog to work. Who are the HR, public affairs and benefits staff. Weirdos Beware of do gooders who promote themselves as community leaders and socially woke. Transformation equals exploitation. Image is all .

I'd be happy with people cleaning up the messes made in a claim. Too many (unskilled) people clicking where they shouldn't be and basically lying to insureds and claimants with their lack of knowledge. Corporate thinking EXP can do it all will backfire.

Not believing there will be a policy to allow pets in the offices - especially since the buildings in the hubs are all leased. Plus, people with allergies, people with significant fear of dogs (or other animals considered to be pets by many), call center environments, bites, and accidents all over the floors. Since people can’t bother to wipe up the messes they make in the microwaves, what’s the likelihood they’re going to clean up when their pet has an accident?

Yes all 100% speculation but still a pretty good guess! My first advice would be to buy a jar off lube and start stretching....hang on!!!!!

Exec is addicted to expense savings and mainly in claims. They have communicated they expect staffing numbers to stay the same or be lower for most areas in 2021. With growth, that means more work, more stress, and email after email asking for just a little more to get us caught up. Unlimited overtime! Joy!

Technology-SF roles out new "tools" that add additional explanations, word tracks, reviews, portal or checkboxes in ECS or templates to use and they can't understanding why it tasks longer to handle a claim? hmmm I wonder why. Coach those lazy f-ckers!

Big reorg plans in just about every area with more layoffs coming and don't count on packages or transition plan. Kick them while they are down and the job market is down!

No pension for 2021 new hires, a new hiring system/HR portal upgrade....hmmmmm...I wonder what that means, they couldn't be getting ready to hire outside the company a ton are they??? Neverrrr you can trust us!

Here is my "big prediction", they will go outside of the company more and more to get people and even for leadership roles. Clean out employees every 3-5! Anyone that has worked at SF for a minute knows the scam/routine now so they need to bring in more unsuspecting lemmings to keep executing their grand plan and bring expenses down. Kind of like what agency did after they screwed over thousands of internal candidates with promises they couldn't keep and/or huge debt... hence why agency basically only hires from outside the company. No one inside is that stupid anymore!

Pension buyout and f-ck everyone over on their accurred PTO. SF will be f-cked if everyone starts taking off the time they have built up into WFH world. I doubt they will buy folks out on the PTO, just like when they rammed it up everyone's aarrzzz on all the PSL they had that we didn't get anything for.

I don't think you have seen anything yet what these sorry, worthless, incompetent, delusional, immoral mothertruckers are capable of!

New HR policy for pets....possibly another reason this profession was run into the ground by the farm. L and D consolidated with HR will truly be a marvel of mixed messes. I’m sure a few more legal cases will straighten everything out ....look for another dose of the nasty koolaid .

@1byt Since March 13 it has been "keep my Human home to work" for my dog. Greatly enjoying having Fido all up in my feet every day. in 2021 the Hub Dwellers can have their monthly bring your Chinchilla to work if they want that instead of a pension.

An announcement soon on bring your pet to work. The first day each month employees will be allowed to bring a pet ( must be under a 100 pounds.) to work. This is a very desirable perk according to HR surveys.
