We don’t have to go to court or win a case. We just need to speak up and let the country know how this company is/was targeting experienced hires and minorities and that we were discriminated against. Once we show the numbers, in my case 80% in every round of layoffs, it’s going to be so apparent who they are targeting. It’s a trend that cannot be missed.
