Should be entertaining next year watching the IAM go to battle with corporate over what is supposedly fair and going on strike outside all the turnstiles. With all the white collar jobs hit this year, they will be going after blue collar jobs next. I'll bring the popcorn.

Labor grade 3 here
2900 hours this year 151k
So I’m not so sure about those g5 pulling more then 140k$
I had some hourly employees show me their W-2s. None of them below 140k as grade 5s. I've been working my a– here for 10 years and regularly pull 50 hour weeks with weekends, college, two graduate degrees, and still haven't gotten past 110k. Who's the s—er here?

I’ve seen some -2’s make 600
Def seen some grade 0's pulling in 200 easy with general overtime, 300 on rare cases when they want to spend their weekends here too. Whether or not they are actually working or not while they are here is a different question. Some are excellent workers, but some straight dog the system to its entirety without and know how to play the game.
Even the lowest hourly labor grade has opportunities to make over 100k/year. Pratt has one of the laziest work forces I’ve ever seen. While there are many hard working employees that deserve their pay, the deadwood far outweigh the good. I’m looking forward to seeing a prolonged strike. It’ll be comical.

Some of the hourly pull in more than 200k-300k a year. Hardly something to b–ch about, but they will.
