All recent experienced recent hire, please talk with your lawyer (don’t use Company EFAP, Morneau Shepall to save some money, as they will look for company’s interest) and provide update. It’s a clear discrimination. IOL management bullied you.

Your performance can be top in the entire group however you were given bad feedback as your dummy a– s—er Manager was following upper management instruction to give you bad feedback.

Please request your known recent experienced laid off employees to join here.
Let’s open a closed Facebook group and discuss about the progress after talking with individual’s lawyer.

Yes almost all are from minority group and recent (2 yrs) experienced hired. We all should be united and will have to go to court. Usually projects folks suffer due to low oil price. However, you won’t see if any Project Engineer / Project Manager suffered as some project group are occupied by white folks.

All recent experienced hired were discriminated as it was preplanned by IOL. You can’t imagine why IOL hired so many experienced hire 2 yrs ago. It was their executive level pre game plan. They knew for low oil price these new hires will be scapegoated to show shareholders.
