I would expect a respectful HR to at least send a rejection email with thanks.

Ghosting might be a good thing.
ghosting is all pervasive practice in IT services sector buddy. Accenture is atleast better on some aspects other IT services firm in India are worse they are just part of a cartel controlling salaries and working conditions.
Dont expected niceties, IT folk are not celebrities - managed services has taken sheen out of iT careeer.... HR folk and recruiters are corrupt and make money thro recruitment agencies............
Do yourself a favor buddy, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
