I just finished moving all my Principal accounts away from them. If you were like me and laid off don't neglect looking at doing something, if only to move the monies to your own IRA's. Once we were let go we got put into a different category and RJ no longer pays any of the fees. They are on you and they will add up unless you do something. BTW if you move your money someplace else Principal has distribution fees of $50 per account. If you are like me with both a traditional 401K and a Roth 401K as well as ESOP and profit sharing and move everything it will cost you $250. No way out of that.

Agree. Move away and leave RJ behind. I have a non-RJ advisor now and sold my RJ stock. I am done with that company and am no longer interested in giving them any of my money in any way. I hated doing that to my long time RJ advisor but I told him him “it’s not personal, it’s business”.
