Working overtime? I've been laid off since April. Go team. Rah-rah
I don't think anyone can reasonably complain about not having a "good paying job", but one could obviously argue that overtime is not being allocated evenly among all employees.
Is someone on this thread complaining about not getting overtime when you still have a good paying job....You people really are full of yourselves!
Lean Inclusion + Diversity
Lean = OT for only a privileged few
Lean ≠ free turkey
Maybe it's the hourly employees that's needed and not the folks in empty cubicles having 4 meaningless meetings everyday
The many empty cubicles up front and upstairs are proof positive that "lean" is moving in the correct direction.
Good!
