Thread regarding ADP layoffs

get over it..

so many angry people on here. It is not the ADP we grew up in..... i took the verp , by no means was wanting to leave , but could see the writing on the wall. I loved my time at ADP , 25+ years, loved my manager and my coworkers. There is no need to criticize those who took jobs either here or outside the US. If given the opportunity , i would come back in a heartbeat.

I worked at ADP for 32 years and if you were there during the early years you know things were good. I was blessed to work in services only 5 years before moving on to the Learning department which was awesome. However many of my friends were not so lucky, they worked and still work in services and implementation and we all know those are get c-aped on jobs. So for those of you who were fortunate enough to have a great experience just know we are not in the majority. ADP should be ashamed. I see the what goes around comes around coming back on them. If you still work at ADP get out, there is life after ADP. Anyone who was forced to leave that I know is so happy.

Wow - someone actually downvoted the comment below made by @4xqv+18gkj9xN ?

Anyone who thinks that ADP's highly racist and discriminatory actions against it's long time employees is warranted is pretty warped. I can only imagine that was from one of those who benefited from those actions - Carlos is that you?

Well, you can interpret my statement any way you like:

"Firing (laying off, whatever you want to call it) highly qualified long time proven extremely skilled dedicated American employees because of their age in order to hire cheap inexperienced, ineffective, non creative, poorly spoken H1B Indians for jobs here in America in order to save on salary expenses is the epitome of a horrible company and a terrible CEO, board and top management."

And you wonder why people are "criticizing" ADP and many people there?

To answer the original poster.....

I don’t think many people here ARE Criticizing those who took jobs here or overseas. Most people have no beef with them..... They were simply people looking for work like we all are.

The animosity is directed towards the id–t upper management that basically ruined what was once a pretty good place to work. Not so anymore.

No, OP, you need to get over it. People have been wronged and they have a right to be angry if they so choose. Anger does not invalidate what they went through or the facts. Let the people speak their minds.

Sounds like YOU need to get over it if you want to "come back". Sounds like you really aren't over it. Sounds like you think your manager had your best interests at heart (uh, nope) and you think all is unicorns and rainbows. Well, it ain't. YOU need to get over it and realize a short bald dirt bag is running the company now and has does not care about you or anyone else there.
